We are seeking a friendly, professional, and organised Hotel Receptionist to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys interacting with guests, and has a passion for providing excellent customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Greet guests warmly and ensure a smooth check-in and check-out process.
- Manage reservations through platforms such as Booking.com, and other booking systems.
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints in a courteous and efficient manner.
- Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of room availability, rates, and services.
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.
- Ensure the hotel lobby and reception area are tidy and welcoming at all times.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as managing guest records.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in hotel or hospitality industry preferred, but not compulsory.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in hotel management software and online booking platforms.
- Ability to remain calm and composed in stressful situations.
- Friendly and approachable demeanor with a passion for guest satisfaction.
