We are seeking a professional and friendly Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing excellent customer service and administrative support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome clients and visitors in a warm and friendly manner.
- Answer and direct phone calls to appropriate departments.
- Manage the reception area and ensure it is tidy and presentable.
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars.
- Assist with administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and correspondence.
- Coordinate with various departments to handle client inquiries and support tasks.
- Provide general information about the company and its services to visitors and callers.
- Handle courier services and incoming/outgoing mail.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent. Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role, preferably in real estate or related industry.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and [local language].
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.
