Qualification = 12th / Graduate

Experience = Minimum one years

Computer Knowledge = Must (Basic- Ms-word, Excel, Power point+ Internet)

A receptionist is responsible for:

• - Greeting visitors and clients
• - Answering and directing phone calls
• - Managing and responding to emails and messages
• - Scheduling appointments and bookings
• - Handling and processing transactions
• - Maintaining records and databases
• - Providing information and assistance to clients and colleagues
• - Performing administrative tasks and clerical duties
• - Ensuring a professional and welcoming front office environment

Receptionists often serve as the first point of contact for a company, so excellent communication and organizational skills are essential for this role
