Responsibilities:
• Answer and direct phone calls in a professional manner
• Greet and assist visitors with a friendly and welcoming attitude
• Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages
• Provide administrative support
• Scan & Upload documents
• Maintain office supplies and equipment
• Monitor Attendance of staff
• Preparing Cheques & Deposits
Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Prior experience in an administrative or receptionist role preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
