Job Description

Key Responsibilities



Office Administration

: Manage daily office operations, ensuring smooth workflow. Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.

Customer Support

: Handle inbound customer calls and queries. Schedule pest control services and coordinate appointments.

Documentation & Reporting

: Maintain accurate records of customer information, service logs, and invoices. Prepare weekly and monthly operational reports for management.

Team Coordination

: Liaise with field technicians for service assignments and updates. Ensure technicians are equipped with necessary materials and schedules.

Compliance & Billing

: Ensure adherence to company policies and pest control regulations. Manage billing and payment follow-ups.

Required Skills and Qualifications



Bachelor's degree or equivalent. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Prior experience in administration or customer service is preferred.

Pay: ?17,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
