We are seeking a Front Desk/Reception Manager to oversee responsibilities in a clinic setting. For more details, please call or visit us with your resume. Key Responsibilities: Greeting and Directing Visitors: Welcome visitors in a warm and professional manner, determine the nature of their visit, and direct them to the appropriate person or department. Answering and Directing Calls: Manage incoming calls, take messages, and route calls to the appropriate personnel. Appointment Scheduling: Schedule, reschedule, and cancel appointments as necessary. Maintain an organized and up-to-date appointment calendar. Administrative Support: Perform a variety of clerical tasks including filing, photocopying, scanning, and data entry. Assist with maintaining office supplies and inventory. Patient/Client Assistance: Assist patients or clients with completing forms and other necessary documentation. Provide information and answer inquiries regarding clinic/office services. Record Management: Maintain accurate records and ensure confidentiality of sensitive information in compliance with relevant regulations. Billing and Payments: Handle billing processes, including taking payments and issuing receipts. Assist with insurance claims and processing. Communication: Effectively communicate with staff and management regarding any issues or concerns that arise at the front desk. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher Pay: 20,000.00 - 34,000.00 per month Schedule:
