Receptionist Role includes:
  • Greeting clients: Welcoming clients and visitors as they arrive at the office
  • Directing visitors: Pointing visitors to the right person or office
  • Answering phones: Answering, screening, and forwarding phone calls
  • Providing information: Providing basic and accurate information in person, by phone, or by email
  • Maintaining the reception area: Ensuring the reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary supplies and materials
  • Maintaining office security: Following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk
  • Administrative support: Providing administrative support to the sales and property management departments
  • Other duties: Other duties may include filing, photocopying, appointment scheduling, and database management
Job Type: Full-time Pay: \xe2\x82\xb910,000.00 - \xe2\x82\xb915,000.00 per month Schedule:
  • Morning shift
