The Receptionist/Administrator serves as the first point of contact for visitors and clients, ensuring a professional and welcoming experience. This role also provides administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of the office, handling a variety of tasks with efficiency and accuracy.
Key ResponsibilitiesReception Duties :
• Greet and welcome visitors, ensuring they feel comfortable and attended to.
• Answer and direct phone calls, taking messages as needed.
• Manage the reception area to ensure it is tidy and presentable at all times.
• Respond to emails, inquiries, and general correspondence promptly.
• Maintain visitor logs and issue visitor badges as required.
Administrative Duties :
• Provide administrative support to management and other team members.
• Schedule meetings, book appointments, and coordinate calendars.
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
• Order and manage office supplies, ensuring stock is replenished as needed.
• Maintain and update filing systems, both physical and digital.
• Prepare reports, documents, and presentations as directed.
Other Duties :
• Assist with travel arrangements and itinerary planning for staff.
• Support onboarding processes for new employees.
• Coordinate office events, meetings, or celebrations as needed.
• Handle basic bookkeeping tasks, such as processing invoices or receipts (if applicable).
• Adhere to and enforce office policies and procedures.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ?8,000.00 - ?18,000.00 per month
