We are seeking a proactive and highly organized Executive Assistant to provide administrative support to our senior leadership team.
Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Support: Manage and maintain executives' calendars, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Follow-Up Management: Proactively follow up on pending tasks, ensure deadlines are met, and communicate status updates to executives.
Communication Liaison: Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, handling phone calls, emails, and correspondence.
Meeting Preparation: Prepare agendas, materials, and presentations for meetings; take minutes and track action items.
Document Management: Handle sensitive and confidential documents, ensuring they are filed and stored appropriately.
