We are seeking a highly organized and versatile individual to join our team as a Receptionist and Office Accountant. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing both front desk duties and basic accounting tasks. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively. The Receptionist cum Accountant will serve as the first point of contact for visitors and clients while also supporting financial operations within the organization. Responsibilities:
  • Front Desk Management:
  • Greet visitors and clients in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Answer phone calls, take messages, and redirect calls as necessary.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
  • Assist with scheduling appointments and meetings.
  • Accounting Tasks:
  • Maintain accurate records of financial transactions by day to day accounting in tally/ Zoho books.
  • Bank and Cash Reconciliation
  • Process invoices, receipts, and payments.
  • Mainting a strict control and collection of receivables and followup
  • Reconcile financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information.
  • Prepare financial reports and summaries as needed.
  • Preparation and filing of GST and TDS on a monthly basis
  • Assist with budgeting and forecasting activities.
  • Administrative Support:
  • Provide general administrative support to management and staff.
  • Assist with data entry, filing, and document management.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors.
Qualifications:
  • B.Com
  • Proven experience as a receptionist, administrative assistant, or accounting assistant.
  • Proficiency in accounting software Tally, Zoho books and MS Office Suite.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
  • Knowledge of basic accounting principles.
  • Discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information
Job Type: Full-time Salary: 8,000.00 - 15,000.00 per month Experience:
