Key Responsibilities:
• Greet and welcome visitors in a warm, professional manner.
• Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate departments and take messages when necessary.
• Manage appointments and maintain the reception area's cleanliness and organization.
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail , couriers, and deliveries.
• Assist in administrative tasks , such as filing, photocopying, and data entry.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth communication within the office.
• Provide basic information to clients and visitors about the company and its services.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience as a receptionist, front office representative, or similar role.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, Hindi, Telugu
• Proficient in MS Office and basic office equipment (printers, photocopiers, etc.).
• Multitasking and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
• Customer service orientation and problem-solving skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications will be a plus.
