Job Description

Reputed event management firm is looking for well Set and Experienced women candidates with

1. Proficiency in English and other languages.

2.Should have presentable appearance and be professional.

3.Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls.

4. Prepare and distribute documents, reports, and presentations.

5. Maintain office calendar, schedule appointments, and meetings.

6. Manage office supplies, inventory, and equipment.

7. Coordinate travel arrangements, accommodations, and transportation.

Skills and Qualifications:

1. 1-2 years of administrative experience.

2. Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.

3. Proficient in MS Office, email, and other software applications.

4. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?18,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
