Job Description

Key Responsibilities :

• Patient Reception and Registration :
• Greet patients and visitors warmly, providing a positive and welcoming atmosphere.
• Check in patients, verify personal and insurance information, and complete registration forms.
• Assist new patients with paperwork and explain clinic policies and procedures.
• Appointment Scheduling :
• Schedule and confirm patient appointments, ensuring optimal use of clinic resources.
• Coordinate appointment changes and cancellations, and notify relevant staff members.
• Maintain an organized appointment calendar and manage patient waitlists.
• Communication and Coordination :
• Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and direct calls to the appropriate staff members.
• Relay messages accurately and promptly to doctors, nurses, and other clinic personnel.
• Communicate with patients regarding appointment reminders, test results, and follow-up care instructions.
• Administrative Support :
• Manage patient records, ensuring accurate data entry and confidentiality.
• Handle billing and payment processing, including collecting co-pays and providing receipts.
• Assist with filing, faxing, and scanning documents as needed.
• Office Management :
• Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
• Order and manage office supplies, ensuring the front desk is well-stocked.
• Assist with other administrative tasks and special projects as assigned.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?10,385.99 - ?23,074.44 per month

Work Location: In person
