Answer incoming phone calls and respond to client inquiries with professionalism and clarity
Book, reschedule, and manage appointments for consultations and document submissions
Provide basic information on immigration services, processes, and required documents
Maintain accurate client records and update appointment logs in the system
Conduct follow-up calls to confirm appointments and gather missing client information
Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain a courteous and helpful tone at all times
Direct complex queries to the appropriate consultants or team members
Assist with general administrative tasks as needed
Ensure all client information is handled with strict confidentiality and compliance with privacy regulations
