Key Responsibilities:
• Answer and direct phone calls professionally.
• Greet and assist visitors, clients, and vendors.
• Manage and respond to emails promptly and professionally.
• Assist with business development activities, including follow-ups with clients and inquiries.
• Coordinate with exhibition and trade fair organizers to set up stalls and manage logistics.
• Maintain records, schedules, and databases.
• Provide general administrative support to the management team.
• Handle travel arrangements, courier services, and other office-related tasks.
• Organize and file documents both physically and digitally.
• Ensure the office is organized and well-stocked with supplies.
Qualifications and Skills:
• Education: MBA preferred but not mandatory.
• Experience: Minimum 2 years in a receptionist or administrative role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Friendly, professional, and customer-oriented attitude.
• Experience in business development or sales coordination is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Female candidates are preferred.
• Residing near Green Park Extension, Safdarjung Enclave, or nearby areas in Delhi.
