Front Desk Duties:
1. Greet patients and visitors warmly upon arrival and assist them as needed.
2. Manage incoming calls, answer questions, and redirect calls to appropriate staff.
3. Schedule appointments efficiently, ensuring minimal wait times and optimal use of practitioners' schedules.
4. Register new patients, verify contact information, and maintain accurate patient records.
Lobby Management:
1. Ensure the lobby and reception area are clean, organized, and welcoming at all times.
2. Monitor patient flow and update waiting times when necessary.
3. Restock brochures, forms, and clinic materials in the lobby area.
4. Handle inquiries about homeopathy treatments and clinic services courteously.
Administrative Duties:
1. Collect and process payments, issue receipts, and maintain financial records for the clinic.
2. Manage and maintain appointment schedules, cancellations, and reminders.
3. Coordinate with medical staff to ensure a seamless flow of patients during consultations.
4. Maintain confidentiality and safeguard sensitive patient information.
Customer Service:
1. Address patient concerns or complaints promptly and escalate unresolved issues to the Clinic Manager.
2. Provide empathetic and professional support to patients, understanding their needs and queries.
3. Offer guidance on clinic procedures, payment policies, and any promotional offers.
