Greet and welcome visitors with a positive attitude.
Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls professionally.
Maintain a tidy and presentable reception area.
2. Administrative Support:
Schedule and manage appointments or meetings.
Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail and deliveries.
Handle basic office equipment, such as printers and fax machines.
Assist in administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and record-keeping.
3. Customer Service:
Provide information about the organization, services, or products.
Address client inquiries and resolve or escalate issues as needed.
4. Coordination:
Communicate and coordinate with internal teams to ensure visitor needs are met.
Monitor and maintain office supplies inventory.
Qualifications and Skills:
Proven work experience as a receptionist, front desk agent, or similar role.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Professional attitude and appearance.
