Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Telecaller. The Telecaller will be responsible for managing customer relationships, identifying sales opportunities, conducting sales presentations, negotiating contracts, and achieving sales targets. The Telecaller will also be responsible for providing excellent customer service and staying updated on industry trends and competitive offerings.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience as a telecaller or any similar role.
• Sales and Business Development experience in the fintech industry
• Strong communication skills and command of the English language
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
• Previous experience in a telecaller job or similar role
• Ability to close sales through the right negotiation skills
• Knowledge of financial products and services
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?12,000.00 per month
