Job Description

Job Summary
As the Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our company. Your primary responsibilities will be to greet visitors, manage calls, and provide administrative support to ensure the front desk's smooth operation. You'll play a key role in creating a welcoming environment and assisting in administrative tasks to support various departments.

Key Responsibilities

• Greeting Visitors : Welcome guests, clients, and customers with a friendly and professional demeanor, ensuring a positive first impression of our organization.
• Phone and Email Management : Answer and direct incoming calls and emails, provide general information, and transfer inquiries to the appropriate departments.
• Scheduling and Coordination : Assist with scheduling appointments, booking meeting rooms, and coordinating logistics for internal meetings and events.
• Administrative Support : Handle administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and maintaining visitor logs. Help prepare documents and presentations, and manage office supplies inventory.
• Customer Assistance : Address customer inquiries and resolve issues, or refer them to the relevant personnel, ensuring prompt and courteous support.
• Mail and Package Handling : Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages, ensuring they are sorted and distributed to the correct individuals.
• Maintain Front Desk Cleanliness : Ensure the reception area is tidy, organized, and reflects the company's professional standards.

Qualifications

• Education : High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in office management or related fields are a plus.
• Experience : Prior experience in a receptionist or front-desk role is preferred.
• Skills : Strong verbal and written communication skills, excellent customer service, and ability to multitask efficiently.
• Technical Proficiency : Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), and experience with phone and email systems.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?12,000.00 - ?18,000.00 per month
