• Greet and assist visitors, clients, and staff with professionalism.
• Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence efficiently.
• Maintain records, schedules, and appointments for the office.
• Coordinate with various departments for smooth operations.
• Handle administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document management.
• Ensure the reception area is organized and welcoming.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Experience: 1-3 years in a similar role preferred.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel).
• Soft Skills: Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking skills.
• Additional: Pleasant personality and ability to handle inquiries professionally.
