Job Title: Receptionist

Salary: 15,000 to 20,000 INR per month

Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office. Direct visitors to the appropriate person or department. Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls. Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email. Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk. Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail/deliveries. Maintain office cleanliness and organization of reception area. Assist in ordering office supplies and keeping inventory of stock. Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner. Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing, and faxing.
Requirements:

Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative, or similar role. Proficiency in Telugu, Hindi, and English languages. Professional attitude and appearance. Solid communication skills both written and verbal. Ability to be resourceful and proactive in dealing with issues that may arise. Excellent organizational skills. Customer service attitude. High school diploma; additional certification in Office Management is a plus.
