ob Summary: We are seeking a friendly, professional, and organized Receptionist to join our team at our Banjara Hills location. The Receptionist will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing a warm welcome and exceptional service. This role is critical in creating a positive impression and ensuring smooth operations at the front desk.
Key Responsibilities:
• Greet and welcome customers as they arrive at the showroom.
• Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
• Provide accurate information to customers in person and via phone/email.
• Manage the front desk and maintain a tidy reception area.
• Schedule and manage appointments for clients and sales staff.
• Assist in administrative tasks, such as filing, data entry, and handling correspondence.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner.
• Maintain security by following procedures and controlling access via the reception desk.
• Monitor and manage inventory of office supplies.
Requirements:
• Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative, or similar role.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Hands-on experience with office equipment (e.g., fax machines and printers).
• Professional attitude and appearance.
• Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
• Customer service attitude.
