: Front Office Receptionist

Key Responsibilities:
• Greet and assist visitors, clients, and staff in a professional and friendly manner.
• Manage incoming calls, emails, and inquiries, ensuring they are directed appropriately.
• Maintain the reception area, ensuring it is clean and organized.
• Handle scheduling, appointments, and meeting room bookings.
• Coordinate with internal teams and vendors for office requirements and supplies.
• Support administrative tasks such as document management, courier handling, and filing.
• Maintain visitor logs and ensure adherence to security protocols.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
• Proven experience as a Front Office Receptionist or in a similar role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Tamil (proficiency in other South Indian languages is a plus).
• Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-oriented approach.
• Basic knowledge of office equipment and MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
• Vendor management experience is essential.
Salary: Competitive and commensurate with experience.
