Job Summary:

The Receptionist at [Construction Company Name] plays a crucial role in creating a welcoming environment for clients, visitors, and employees. This position involves managing the front desk operations, handling administrative tasks, and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Front Desk Management:
• Greet and welcome customers, visitors, clients, and employees with a positive and professional attitude.
• Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls and emails.
• Maintain a tidy and presentable reception area.
• Administrative Support:
• Manage the scheduling of conference rooms and appointments.
• Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail and deliveries.
• Assist with basic office duties such as filing, photocopying, and faxing.
• Customer Service:
• Provide accurate information in-person and via phone/email.
• Handle customer inquiries and direct them to the appropriate department or personnel.
• Ensure clients and visitors are comfortable and have everything they need.
• Office Coordination:
• Order office supplies and keep inventory of stock.
• Coordinate maintenance and repairs for office equipment.
• Assist in the planning and execution of company events and meetings.

Qualifications:

• Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative, or similar role.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Professional attitude and appearance.
• Customer service-oriented mindset.
• Experience in the construction industry is a plus but not required.

Work Environment:

• Office-based with occasional visits to construction sites.
• Regular working hours with potential for overtime during busy periods.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?8,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
