: MyDesignation is seeking a motivated and friendly receptionist to join our team. As a receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors. Your primary responsibility will be to greet and assist guests, answer phone calls, and provide general administrative support. (Female candidates preffered) Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome guests in a professional and friendly manner.
• Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls while providing accurate information.
• Provide general administrative and clerical support, including photocopying, mailing, and filing.
• Maintain a tidy and presentable reception area, ensuring it is well-stocked with necessary supplies.
• Receive, sort, and distribute daily deliveries.
• Assist in the coordination of meetings, conferences, and events as required.
• Maintain security by following procedures and controlling access to the office.
• Monitor and maintain office equipment and supplies, reporting any malfunctions or shortages.
• Assist other departments with administrative tasks as needed.
• Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information discreetly.

Requirements:

• Educational Qualification: Plus Two or equivalent.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in performing tasks.
• Professional and pleasant demeanour.
• Ability to work well in a team and independently.

Job Type: Full-time Salary: 8,000.00 - 10,000.00 per month Benefits:
