Job Description

A real estate receptionist is the first point of contact for clients and visitors to a real estate company. They provide customer service, administrative support, and general office assistance. Some of their responsibilities include:

• Greeting clients and visitors
• Scheduling appointments and meetings
• Managing office supplies and stock
• Answering and directing phone calls
• Creating advertisements
• Providing basic company information to clients
• Making outbound calls to generate leads
• Setting up site visits
• Arranging refreshments for clients

Educate clients on the real estate market and investment opportunities . Basic knowledge of real estate terminology, property types and market trends. Make calls to potential clients.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?8,086.00 - ?11,000.00 per month
