Job Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome visitors with a friendly and professional demeanor.
Answer, screen, and direct phone calls to the appropriate departments.
Schedule appointments and manage calendars for team members.
Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and preparing correspondence.
Maintain office supplies and ensure the reception area is neat and presentable at all times.
Respond to inquiries, resolve issues, and provide general information to clients and visitors.
Handle mail and deliveries, including sorting and distributing packages.
Coordinate office maintenance requests and liaise with service providers when necessary.
Perform other clerical duties and support staff as needed.
