Your responsibilities may include: Greeting clients and visitors as they arrive and directing them to the appropriate therapist or waiting area. Answering phone calls, taking messages, and scheduling appointments. Maintaining client records and updating client information in the center\'s database. Assisting with billing and insurance-related paperwork as needed. Managing the waiting area to ensure a safe, clean, and child-friendly environment. Responding to inquiries about the center\'s services and directing potential clients to the appropriate therapist or resource. Coordinating with therapists to ensure that client appointments are scheduled appropriately and that any cancellations or rescheduling requests are addressed promptly Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: \xe2\x82\xb912,000.00 - \xe2\x82\xb918,000.00 per month Schedule:
- Day shift
