• Front Desk Operations:
Manage check-ins and check-outs for gym members and guests.
Process new memberships, renewals, and cancellations.
Maintain and update member records in the gym management software.
• Administrative Support:
Answer phone calls and emails, directing them to appropriate staff members or departments..
Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and inventory management.
Ensure the front desk area is clean, organized, and stocked with necessary supplies.
