Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and well-spoken individual to join our team as a Receptionist and Calling Executive. The role involves managing front-office responsibilities and engaging in telecommunication tasks with job seekers to support recruitment and administrative activities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Reception Duties:
• Greet visitors and handle inquiries with professionalism.
• Answer incoming calls and direct them to appropriate personnel.
• Manage front desk operations, including maintaining visitor records and receiving deliveries.
• Calling Responsibilities:
• Contact job seekers from the provided database to explain job opportunities and gather required information.
• Follow up with candidates regarding interview schedules and updates.
• Administrative Support:
• Maintain records of incoming and outgoing calls and feedback from job seekers.
• Assist in scheduling meetings, interviews, and appointments.
• Ensure the office environment is well-organized and welcoming.
Skills and Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
• Experience in telecalling or reception work is an added advantage.
• A friendly, professional demeanor and positive attitude.
Note: Only female candidates are preferred.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?15,000.00 per month
