Role Summary :
We are seeking a friendly, professional, and highly organized Receptionist to manage our front desk and provide exceptional customer service to our clients and visitors. As the first point of contact for Rajvesh India Private Limited, the Receptionist will play a vital role in ensuring a welcoming and efficient experience for everyone interacting with our brand.
Key Responsibilities :
• Front Desk Management :
• Greet visitors, clients, and employees with a warm and professional demeanor.
• Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, redirecting them as necessary.
• Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
• Administrative Support :
• Schedule and manage appointments and meetings.
• Handle office supplies and inventory.
• Provide general administrative support to various departments.
• Customer Service :
• Address inquiries and provide accurate information about the company's products or services.
• Resolve minor issues or escalate them to the appropriate person or department.
• Record Keeping :
• Maintain visitor logs and ensure compliance with security protocols.
• Update and manage contact databases.
• Other Duties :
• Assist with event coordination or ad hoc projects as needed.
Qualifications :
• Proven experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative, or similar role.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Customer-oriented attitude with a pleasant personality.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
Preferred Qualifications :
• Experience with scheduling software or CRM tools.
• Familiarity with the ethnic wear or fashion industry.
• Multilingual skills are an advantage.

Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?15,000.00 per month
