Receptionist
: As a Receptionist, you will be responsible for managing the front desk, greeting visitors, handling incoming calls, and performing various administrative tasks to support the smooth operation of the office. Your professionalism, excellent communication skills, and attention to detail will ensure a positive experience for all who interact with our company.
Key Responsibilities:
• Front Desk Management:
• Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
• Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
• Ensure all visitors sign in and are directed to the appropriate person or department.
• Telephone Management:
• Answer and direct incoming calls promptly and courteously.
• Take accurate messages and ensure timely delivery to the appropriate personnel.
• Administrative Support:
• Assist with scheduling and coordinating meetings and appointments.
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail and courier services.
• Perform data entry, filing, and other clerical tasks as needed.
• Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
• Customer Service:
• Provide information and assistance to clients, visitors, and employees.
• Handle inquiries and resolve or escalate issues in a professional manner.
• Communication:
• Communicate effectively with colleagues, clients, and visitors.
• Coordinate with various departments to ensure efficient office operations.
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office administration is a plus.
• Proven experience as a receptionist, front desk representative, or similar role.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Customer service-oriented with a positive attitude.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
