Key Responsibilities:
• Greet and assist clients and visitors in a professional and courteous manner.
• Answer and direct incoming phone calls, taking messages as necessary.
• Manage the front desk area, ensuring it is tidy and welcoming.
• Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for agents and management.
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
• Assist with document preparation and filing, including contracts and reports.
• Maintain office supplies and place orders as needed.
• Coordinate meetings and assist with event planning.
• Perform general administrative tasks as required.
