Job Summary

We are seeking a professional and friendly Receptionist to join our team. The Receptionist will be the first point of contact for visitors and provide administrative support across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
• Answer and direct phone calls promptly
• Manage email correspondence and respond to inquiries
• Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
• Perform basic clerical tasks such as typing, filing, and data entry
• Assist with administrative duties as needed

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Receptionist or in a similar role
• Proficiency in Google Suite and calendar management
• Strong customer service skills with excellent communication abilities.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ?12,000.00 per month
