• Customer service : Greeting clients, providing basic information about immigration processes, and answering general inquiries
• Administrative tasks : Managing bookings, scheduling appointments, and maintaining calendars
• Screening : Performing an initial screening to determine eligibility for services
• Communication : Liaising with internal staff and external clients, and managing meeting rooms
• Mail management : Handling incoming and outgoing mail
• Phone calls : Answering and forwarding phone calls
• Security : Maintaining reception security by issuing visitors' badges and coordinating with securit
