We are seeking a dynamic and professional Receptionist to manage international calls for our US-based logistics company. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for clients and partners worldwide. She must have exceptional communication skills, with the ability to handle international inquiries, direct calls to the appropriate department, and ensure smooth communication processes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Answer and direct incoming international and domestic calls.
• Provide excellent customer service and address inquiries efficiently.
• Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor in all interactions.
• Manage front desk operations, greeting visitors and directing them to the appropriate personnel.
• Assist with scheduling and appointment management.
• Handle administrative tasks, including mail distribution, and office supplies management.
Qualifications:
• Exceptional communication skills (both verbal and written).
• Prior experience in a similar role, particularly in handling international calls.
• Familiarity with the logistics or transportation industry is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proficiency with office management software (MS Office, etc.).
• Must be detail-oriented, organized, and reliable.
Work Hours:
Monday to Friday, 5:30pm to 2:30am
