As a Receptionist, you will be responsible for managing appointments, handling inquiries, and maintaining a welcoming environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome clients as they arrive at the clinic.
Answer phone calls and handle inquiries in a professional manner.
Schedule and manage client appointments using our booking system.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records.
Process payments and handle billing inquiries.
Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and ordering supplies.
Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and inviting.
Provide information about our services, products, and promotions.
Assist in resolving any client issues or complaints in a timely manner.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in office administration is a plus.
Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in using office equipment and software (e.g., MS Office, booking systems).
Professional appearance and demeanor.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
