• Manage Phone Calls, Emails, and Courier Services : Efficiently handle incoming and outgoing communication through phone calls, emails, and coordination with courier services.
• Maintain Register and Monitor Reception Area : Keep accurate records in the register and ensure the reception area is well-organized and monitored.
• Customer Interaction : Engage with customers professionally, providing assistance and addressing their inquiries or concerns.
• Proficient in Excel and Computer Applications : Demonstrate strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other computer software for data management and administrative tasks.
