Key Responsibilities:
• Greet and welcome visitors and clients with a friendly and professional attitude.
• Answer and direct incoming phone calls to the appropriate personnel.
• Manage and coordinate the front desk operations, including handling mail and deliveries.
• Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
• Assist with scheduling appointments and meetings.
• Provide general administrative support, including data entry, filing, and document preparation.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and communication.
• Manage office supplies and ensure inventory is stocked.
• Handle inquiries and provide information about the company and its services.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the management.
