- Good communication skills
- Proficient in mail drafting
- Ability to handle and manage incoming calls
- Efficiently manage the EPABX system.
- Transfer calls to the appropriate personnel.
- Visitor Management:
- Warmly welcome visitors in person or over the telephone.
- Respond to inquiries and provide necessary information.
- Sign in visitors and issue visitor badges.
- Notify relevant personnel of visitor arrivals.
- Administrative Support:
- Prepare reports, MIS, and other documents for the admin department.
- Assist in various administrative tasks as needed.
- Communication:
- Maintain excellent communication skills to effectively interact with visitors, clients, and colleagues.
- Handle incoming calls professionally and redirect them as necessary.
- Documentation:
- Keep track of documents and ensure they are filed appropriately.
- Assist in the preparation and organization of important files.
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
- Immediate to 30 days notice period.
- Proficiency in mail drafting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
