Role Overview
As the first point of contact for Nway Technologies, the receptionist plays a vital role in creating a welcoming environment for employees, clients, and visitors. The individual will manage front desk operations efficiently while supporting various administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities
• Front Desk Management:
• Greet visitors and employees warmly, ensuring a professional and welcoming demeanor.
• Answer and direct incoming calls efficiently to the appropriate personnel or department.
• Maintain a tidy and organized reception area.
• Visitor Management:
• Ensure proper visitor sign-in and badge distribution.
• Coordinate with security for visitor access, as required.
• Administrative Support:
• Manage incoming and outgoing mail and courier services.
• Assist with scheduling meetings, booking conference rooms, and maintaining office calendars.
• Provide support for event coordination and company activities.
• Employee Assistance:
• Address employee queries related to administrative needs (e.g., stationery, meeting setups).
• Act as a liaison between departments for smooth internal communication.
• Record Keeping:
• Maintain accurate records of visitors and calls.
• Support the HR and Administration departments with filing and documentation as needed.
• Miscellaneous Duties:
• Monitor and order office supplies, ensuring inventory is up to date.
• Handle other tasks assigned by the management to support business operations.
Required Skills and Qualifications
• Education: Graduate in any discipline (preferred: Business Administration or related field).
• Skills:
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
