Job Summary:
We are seeking a friendly and professional Receptionist to join our team in Jabalpur. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling front office reception and administration duties, including greeting guests, answering phones, handling company inquiries, and sorting and distributing mail. The Receptionist will also manage various administrative tasks to support the overall functionality of the office.
Key Responsibilities:
• Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
• Answer and direct phone calls to appropriate personnel.
• Maintain the reception area, keeping it clean and organized.
• Handle inquiries from guests and clients.
• Manage incoming and outgoing mail and courier services.
• Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk.
• Schedule appointments and manage the conference room calendar.
• Provide administrative support as needed, including data entry, filing, and maintaining office supplies.
• Assist in coordinating office events and activities.
• Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing, and faxing.
Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in Office Management is a plus.
• Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative, or similar role.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Hands-on experience with office equipment (e.g., fax machines and printers).
• Professional attitude and appearance.
• Solid written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
• Customer service attitude.
Working Conditions:
