We are seeking a friendly, organized, and professional Receptionist to join our team at a leading Eye Hospital. As the first point of contact for patients, you will play a key role in creating a welcoming and efficient environment. Your primary responsibilities will include managing patient appointments, answering phone calls, greeting patients, and providing exceptional customer service. You will work closely with our healthcare providers and staff to ensure smooth operations and a positive patient experience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Greet and check in patients, ensuring a warm and friendly atmosphere.
• Schedule patient appointments and manage the hospital's appointment calendar.
• Answer phone calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate department.
• Maintain accurate patient records and update information in the system.
• Ensure cleanliness and organization of the reception area.
Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent (additional certifications in office administration or healthcare are a plus).
• Prior experience in a receptionist or administrative role, preferably in a healthcare setting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and handle a fast-paced work environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and healthcare management software.
• A positive attitude, empathy, and a strong commitment to providing outstanding patient care.
