Key Responsibilities:
• As a Receptionist, you will greet and welcome visitors, directing them to the appropriate personnel.
• You'll manage incoming phone calls and emails, providing information and routing messages as needed.
• Administrative tasks include scheduling appointments, coordinating meetings, and maintaining office records.
• You'll ensure the reception area remains organized and handle mail and package deliveries.
• Providing exceptional customer service, addressing visitor inquiries and concerns, and managing office supplies are key duties.
• Additionally, you'll support office operations by collaborating with other administrative staff and assisting with special projects.
• Your role is crucial in maintaining a professional and efficient front desk environment.
Profile Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in Office Administration is a plus.
• Proven experience in a similar customer-facing role is preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with a professional demeanor, are essential.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and general office equipment is required. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively are important.
• The candidate should possess a courteous and friendly attitude, with the ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
• Flexibility and the ability to manage a dynamic work environment are also crucial.
