Key Responsibilities
• Greet and welcome guests, clients, and visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
• Answer and direct phone calls to appropriate personnel or departments.
• Manage appointments and schedules for team members or departments.
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
• Maintain the reception area, ensuring it is clean, organized, and welcoming.
• Respond to inquiries from clients, vendors, and guests.
• Coordinate office supplies, maintaining adequate stock levels.
• Assist with various administrative duties such as filing, photocopying, and data entry.
• Perform basic bookkeeping or accounting tasks (e.g., invoicing, expense reports) if required.
• Ensure all security protocols are followed (e.g., checking visitor identification, issuing visitor badges).
• Assist with event planning and other office activities as needed.
