Key Responsibilities

• Front Desk Management:
• Greet and assist visitors, ensuring they sign in and comply with safety protocols.
• Answer, screen, and direct phone calls promptly and courteously.
• Manage the reception area to ensure it remains tidy and organized.
• Administrative Support:
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail, including courier services.
• Assist with scheduling and coordinating meetings or appointments.
• Maintain and update visitor logs and employee contact information.
• Perform data entry, filing, and document management tasks.
• Communication Support:
• Act as a liaison between departments, forwarding messages and correspondence.
• Provide basic information about the company to callers and visitors.
• Security and Safety Compliance:
• Enforce visitor access policies and issue visitor badges.
• Ensure compliance with company safety procedures, including manufacturing floor protocols.
• Supplies and Inventory:
• Monitor office supplies inventory and notify appropriate personnel for restocking.
• Assist with requisitions for office or breakroom supplies as needed.

Qualifications and Skills

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
• Experience: Prior receptionist or administrative experience, ideally in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
• Skills:
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Proficient with office equipment (phones, printers, copiers).
• Familiarity with basic computer applications (e.g., Microsoft Office).
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Personal Attributes:
• Professional demeanor and appearance.
• Ability to handle confidential information discreetly.
• Friendly, approachable, and service-oriented attitude.

Work Environment

• Primarily office-based with occasional interaction on the manufacturing floor.
• Requires adherence to safety protocols when near manufacturing equipment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?22,000.00 per month
