As a receptionist at Asit C. Mehta, you play a crucial role in providing a positive first impression to clients, visitors, and employees. You will be responsible for managing the front desk operations efficiently and ensuring smooth communication within the office.
Key Responsibilities :
• Greeting and Welcoming: Greet visitors and clients with a friendly and professional demeanor. Ensure all guests are welcomed warmly and directed appropriately.
• Answering and Directing Calls: Handle incoming calls promptly and professionally. Direct calls to the appropriate person or department and take messages when necessary.
• Managing Appointments: Schedule appointments for clients and coordinate with internal staff to ensure all meetings are properly organized.
• Office Administration: Assist in administrative tasks such as sorting mail, managing office supplies, and maintaining office cleanliness.
• Client Assistance: Provide basic information to clients and visitors about the company's services and direct them to the appropriate resources.
• Handling Inquiries: Respond to inquiries from clients and visitors in a courteous and timely manner. Ensure that inquiries are addressed or redirected to the appropriate person.
• Supporting Team Members: Assist other administrative staff and team members as needed. Collaborate with colleagues to ensure efficient office operations.
• Maintaining Security: Monitor access to the premises and ensure that visitors follow security protocols. Manage visitor badges and sign-in procedures.

Skills and Qualifications :
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Ability to communicate effectively with a diverse range of people.

Education and Experience:
