- Receptionist

CTC- 25,950

• Greet and welcome customers in a professional and courteous manner.
• Manage and direct incoming & outgoing calls, taking messages and handling inquiries as necessary.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable reception area.
• Provide information and assistance to customer directing them on their queries. Information sharing related to Bellevie App Sharing the hard copy of parking letters with the residents Maintaining records of Parking Stickers & Palava Smart Access cards issued on daily basis
• Assist with administrative tasks, such as coordinating meetings, data entry, filing, and document preparation, email sending.
• Operate and maintain office equipment, including printers, copiers, and fax machines.
• Manage mails and deliveries, including sorting and distributing mail and packages.
• Keeping daily/monthly records of the customers visiting the office, their queries and coordinating with respective internal teams.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well with the team.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Professional demeanor and appearance.
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel & Word) and other office equipment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month

• Morning shift
