Position Overview:

We are looking for a dedicated and professional Receptionist to manage the front desk at our office in Tirur . The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service, along with proficiency in computer operations. As the first point of contact for visitors, you will represent the company and be responsible for ensuring a smooth and efficient operation at the reception area.

Key Responsibilities:

• Front Desk Management : Greet and assist visitors, directing them to the appropriate person or department.
• Phone and Email Handling : Manage incoming phone calls, emails, and other communication, directing them to the right person or department as needed.
• Appointments and Scheduling : Schedule appointments, meetings, and other office events, ensuring that all parties are informed and prepared.
• Visitor Log Maintenance : Maintain a log of visitors entering and exiting the premises and ensure visitor protocols are followed.
• Administrative Support : Assist in basic administrative tasks, such as filing, data entry, and maintaining office supplies.
• Documentation : Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence and packages, ensuring proper documentation and follow-up.
• Office Maintenance : Ensure that the reception area is clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
• Customer Service : Provide excellent customer service by addressing any inquiries or concerns from visitors or clients in a professional manner.

Key Requirements:

• Education : Any Degree with basic computer knowledge .
• Experience : Minimum of 2 years of experience as a receptionist or in a similar role.
• Skills :
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Good interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with people from diverse backgrounds.
• Good organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to handle a high volume of work while maintaining professionalism.
