We are looking for a highly organized and professional Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing inbound and outbound calls, providing excellent customer service, and performing various administrative tasks. The position requires strong communication skills in Malayalam and English , proficiency in MS Office , and the ability to manage time effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle inbound and outbound calls , providing assistance and transferring calls as necessary
• Provide excellent customer service and assist clients with inquiries
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk area
• Perform basic administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, data entry, and maintaining records
• Handle emails, mail sorting, and other office correspondence
• Assist with other office tasks as required
• Ensure smooth operations of the front desk and office environment
Skills Needed:
• Excellent communication skills in Malayalam and English
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to handle customer service requests with professionalism
• Good time management and multitasking abilities
• Basic computer skills and office equipment handling
• Call handling experience and a polite, professional demeanor
Salary:
• 10,000 to 15,000 INR per month
Working Hours:
• 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Location:
• Malappuram (Candidates living in or near Malappuram preferred)
